If a girl has not experienced incest but has experienced rape and sexual abuse can they still apply?
like what kind of things can we apply for? Just wondering, I didn't even know you gave scholarships. Though I am planning on going to college after I finish high school. Wow I never knew there were scholarships like this. I'm really curious about this. Like what are the possibilities here? And Dr. Patti, please be thinking of me next Tuesday because I will in court for the first time. My brother will either plead guilty or not guilty....I'm scared...

Update: We have given out several Girlthrive Scholarships! Massage therapy, photography classes, voice lessons, netbooks- the list goes on! I will be posting some of the sucess stories of the gals and their Girlthrive Inc. scholarshps! xo dr. p
There are domestic abuse scholarships for mothers that are worth looking at by the ROSE foundation which will actually help women pay for a lot of things because of domestic abuse. You can easily fill out an online application to see what you qualify for. Their is also another organization called WISP which also has moms scholarships which is for women of domestic abuse who want to go back to college.
